Shipping Policy

  1. All rates and applicable charges are subject to 12% VAT.
  2. Rates are subject to change. A written notice will be submitted by Kaluxe International Corporation 30 days prior to effectivity.
  3. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order, we send most orders using secure tracked services so that you can follow your order.
  4. We will always show the best delivery options from our suppliers based on your delivery postcode, however, in some cases some delivery services may be unavailable.
