If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for an exchange of item or store credit provided that you inform us within 7 working days from purchase date and that we receive the returned merchandise within 7 working days after informing us of the problem. 

Requirements for Valid Return

Merchandise must be in an unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice with your email address.

What if customer lost the copy of his invoice?
All invoices are sent via email for easier accessibility for both customer and Kaluxe International.

-Kindly fill the request form with the details of your order.

-Wait for an email for confirmation from Kaluxe Management regarding your request for

returning merchandise (specify how long should they be waiting for the confirmation email)

-Kindly follow the instructions sent by Kaluxe Management regarding your product return.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of any returns.

Are there other methods to return a product besides shipping?

Upon returning the product, You can coordinate with Kaluxe Management thru landline +(632) 5239281 or email sales@kaluxeinternational.com; Please maintain the item(s) in their original condition and packaging along with your return note within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

 

For products due to poor handling of courier, will it still be the client who will pay for return shipping?
Yes. Kaluxe International is not liable for any damages caused during transit or by the courier.


How about for change of products, does customer need to pay for the amount to ship the undesired product to Kaluxe and the amount to ship the new product to the customer?
Yes. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost for shipping.

 

Reimbursement Options

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS but you may exchange your item for a product of the same or higher value. Should the replacement product be of higher value, you must pay the price difference.

If you can’t find any suitable replacement item, we would be happy to reimburse the amount of your purchase as store credit for future transactions.”

 

Tracking Return Status

Kaluxe management will send an email as confirmation of the received product for return. For tracking before it reaches Kaluxe, kindly refer to the courier service that you have availed on the status of your product.
