How to Purchase our Products

1. Register in our website by navigating to the My Account menu on the upper left part of the screen. Press the button Create an Account to proceed with your registration. Upon finishing, proceed to the products page to view all of our products. If you are a registered user, you may login instead then proceed to the products page.

2. Find your desired product and press the add to cart button. You may opt to continue shopping or proceed to cart page. The cart page can also be accessed by hovering over the shopping cart on the upper right side of your screen.

3. After completing your order, check your order and the total amount of your purchase. Afterwards, proceed to checkout.

4. Fill in the customer details for checkout. Make sure that you fill in the correct details so the transaction will be smooth. You may use your store credit in paying for  your order. Click the Place Order Now Button to be redirected to PayPal Website where you can fill in your PayPal Account Details.

5. You should receive an email confirming your order. Afterwards, we’ll get in touch again after a day or two when your package is out for delivery.

Do I need to register before I can buy the products?

No, you can purchase the products as a guest but by creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

Can I use my store credit partly when placing an order?

Yes, you can use your store credit partly by entering the amount when placing an order.

Can I use all my store credit to pay for my order?

Yes. you can use all your store credit to pay for the order.

Can store credit be used to pay for the shipment fee?

No. Store Credit may only be used to purchase the products.

What happens when I don’t use up all my store credit when placing an order?

It would still be valid for use when you order another product.

Can I place an additional order to my previous order?

No. It will be treated as another order. You have to include all the products you intend to buy before you checkout your order.

How many days would it take before I receive my ready to collect email after I place my order?

When will my order be ready to collect?

You will receive a “ready to collect“ email to confirm your order has arrived in our Kaluxe store.  Please wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order.

Your order will be ready to collect from 12 PM on your chosen collection date and will be available for 7 days.

How do I collect my order?

Bring your ready to collect email. You may opt to print your email or simply show it from one of your devices. You will also need to bring a photo, driving license or payment card used to purchase the order.

Can I use my other IDs instead of my driving license? What other IDs can we use?

Yes, as long as it can prove your identity as the one who ordered.

Can’t make the date?

We don’t want you to miss out on something extraordinary, so we’ll keep your order in store for 7 days.

My order is damaged- what should I do?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If any of the items are damaged, please contact our customer service team straight away.  Please quote your order number & list the item(s) that have been damaged.

Can I exchange an order?

Yes. To exchange an order, please follow the Return Policy.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Despite carefully inspecting the items in every order before it is dispatched, we understand that damage may occur during transit.  Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly trouble shoot the problem for you and find out the best solution for the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it, but our standard Return Policy will apply.
